Salon AI sends appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up messages, review requests, and marketing campaigns via SMS and email on your behalf. By using these features, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients to receive such communications, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled through integrated payment providers. Salon AI does not store full card numbers. Transaction data is processed by the payment provider under their own security and compliance standards.
